This bread contains margarine. Some of my friends (we live in Tsukuba) asked about the margarine, it is from plants. But each factory of bread of 7/11 uses its own ingredients. To be sure you need to call 7/11 factory bread in your area.

When I wrote "may be", I was just informing the readers of the possibility of having animal fat in the bread because some muslims I know forget that margarine may derive from animal fat.

Recently the appearance of oishi shoku pan's bag has changed.So called the company to check about change in ingredients. They said they are mixing chicken extract.Hence it is not halal in Shizuoka prefecture.
