I would like to suggest RikaiChan which is Firefox plug in. It is healpful to understand the meaning of kanji in Japanese websites. You can download it from http://www.polarcloud.com/rikaichan/

I have been using RikaiChan for almost one year, and I can say that I am very satisfied :)!
